Depot Street Motueka Pilsner

This is a Czech style pilsner made with a single hop, Motueka, and a single malt, Bohemian Pilsner malt. While the recipe is somewhat simple, the single decoction mash brings forward a honeyed sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the crispness and subtle lime flavors of the unique New Zealand hop. Very crisp, structured hop balance, and undeniably refreshing.
