Beer description
Kreativsud #7 - Belgian Honey Double Dubbel Ale.
Produced in collaboration with the Bundesverband der Deutschen Kreativbrauer e.V. (Federal Association of German Creative Brewers) – an association of independent craft breweries committed to diversity, quality, and creative brewing culture. Among others, Orca, Hertl Braumanufaktur, Kehrwieder Kreativbrauerei, Mashsee, Die Biermacher aus Sachsen, Zwanzger, and several others.
Stylistically, the brew is a Belgian dubbel, strongly malty and complex: aromas of plum, date, raisin, caramel, toffee, and subtle notes of Belgian ale yeast characterize the beer. In the storage tank, it was further refined with honey from a small apiary – spicy, floral, and intense. The honey was completely fermented, raising the alcohol content to a strong 10% ABV and giving the beer complexity, depth, and an elegant dryness.
The result: a powerful, aromatically balanced strong beer that doesn't hide its strength, but proudly presents it.
It is best enjoyed slightly warmer – this allows the complex aromas of malt, yeast, and honey to unfold in full intensity.
