Beer description
Slowly fermented in French oak Pinot Noir barrels for about 18 months with several different strains of Brett, ale yeast and bacters. It retains a good amount of wine and oak character from the barrel with some light sourness and caramel sweetness accompanied by some warm earthy notes.
