Beer description
Brett Pils starts life as Tappy Pils. After the primary lager fermentation Brettanomyces yeast is added and the beer undergoes somewhat of a transformation. Brett yeast interacts with certain hop compounds often boosting floral and fruity character as well as bringing it's own set of 'rustic', 'funky' characteristics.
