Beer description
"Carruba", our "Birra Laziale" characterized by the use of locust beans from the Iannotta di Sonnino (LT) farm. The dark colour is given to the beer by the toasting of the carob, a sweetish fruit that goes well with our project of research and rediscovery of forgotten fruits. On the olfactory level it is very fruity, while on the palate you can perceive a slight hint of coffee, liquorice and berries. Gradually the sweetish note of the fruit becomes persistent, allowing you to enjoy a beer to be discovered, unique of its kind!
