Beer description
We encourage our staff to fully engage in the beer scene. Not only knowing beer styles, but the history and the brewing process. This is our third pilot batch of hefeweizen and this batch threw out traditional processes and we went with a single infusion mash instead of our double decoction with ferulic acid rest we use for our Kevehefewinsteweizen. If you've tasted the Keve, you will want to try and see if you can notice a difference. We can and although this beer is tasty, it isn't quite Keve naming worthy :-)
