Beer description
SISU is a Finnish concept that loosely translates to mean stoic determination, bravery, guts, resilience, perseverance and hardiness. We brewed this beer to celebrate the Finnish culture we were immersed in while living in the UP of Michigan. You will find notes of coffee, chocolate and fruity esters as well as alcohol is evident in this hardy brew. More a classic RIS instead of today's sweeter versions.
