Browar Profesja - Dobosz

Another collaboration between Jabeerwocky and Profession Brewery. This time there will be heresy :). We thought to ourselves, what if we made a beer a'la Grodziszkie, but without the smokiness? A light wheat, on yeast for Grodzisz, hopped like Grodzisz. Grodziskie can't be called that, so let it be Polish Wheat. Beer made like Grodziskie, but not smoked. Cooperation with Jabeerwocky craft beer pub in Warsaw.
