Beer description
A new take on the Bay Area American classic, also known as steam beer, this hybrid lager is fermented at ale temperatures producing mild fruity esters complimenting the woody, herbaceous character of the hops. With an assertive toasty spice taste from the unique addition of malted rye, the pronounced flavors from different ingredients are balanced by the addition of local honey.
