Docks Beers - True Grit

Docks Beers is all about a hard work ethic. During the global pandemic frontline workers graft tirelessly in the battle against Covid19. Putting in a shift doesn’t begin to cover it. We made True Grit in tribute to these courageous men and women. True Grit uses Kveik yeast, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast that’s tough as the landscape it comes from. It ferments fast and hot bringing citrus notes to this juicy IPA. Huell Melon and Idaho7 hops give subtle fruit flavours with a piney finish.
