This NZ Pislner showcases the best flavours of hops from the Motueka Valley, expect a clean crisp bitterness with notes of Passionfruit, Melon, Grapefruit and Gooseberry whakahoa 1. We love New Zealand hops & pilsners so we began with a malt bill of Lager, Pale, Dextrin and a touch of Acidulated. Then hops Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson. We discovered that the Hop Revolution collaborated with Freestyle Hops (2 of the more exciting hop growers in NZ) to create the Revolution Blend which features the hops we had selected plus Pacific Sunrise hop. So we have accommodated this new hop blend.
