Ipanema is a 6% copper-colored India Pale Ale with a strong bitterness. Not only his pronounced hop note with beguiling aromas, but above all his malty body make the Ipanema a balanced, full-bodied beer. With its fruity taste of North American hop varieties and its bitterness, it is ideal as a companion to spicy dishes.

bitter und spritzig

Sehr bitter, dabei nur leicht hopfig-aromatisch, nicht zu schwer sondern sogar recht spritzig. Ein solides IPA ohne signifikante Fruchtigkeit.

Schaum feinporig, wolkig, normal quellend, schlohweiß, haltbar und sehr gut haftend. Goldgelb und glanzfein. In der Nase Papaya, Aprikose und Zitrus. Im Mund weich, wallend, geschm…
