Pale golden yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower, fleshy apple. Taste is tart, apple, woody, flowery, elderflower, musky, citric, drying. Light bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tart floral citric finish.
