Doggerland Craft Cider - Gembergloed 2018

This cider is made from the apples that were first ripe in the late summer of 2017. The Bramley's Seedling, a large, strangely shaped apple, forms the basis of this character cider. The fermentation with fresh ginger ensures a pleasant balance in this fresh-sour cider. Gembergloed is a cider with bubbles.
