The challenge of increasing the hop load without raising the astringency and vegetable sensation has always accompanied us. Incognito, a new product that promises to revolutionize the way of making IPAs, has recently arrived on the market. Incognito is basically liquid lupulin free of plant material. That way we can bring even more hops power! Incognita is our first beer to use this new product, reaching the equivalent of 40g / l of hops (double the lovers series) of mosaic and citrus. To support this hop load we made a clear base, but loaded with wheat and oats to increase the body and balance the whole hopping!
