Dogma Nextra

Cold IPA is a new trend within the style that seeks a base, both malts and fermentation, as neutral as possible so that the hop aroma profile is as much in evidence as possible. In this version brewery choses Meridian and HBC522 hops. Both hops have citrus and floral aromas and are mild, but due to fermentation at low temperature they created a complex set that goes through white flowers, citrus fruits such as orange, lemon and grapefruit; in addition to being slightly fruity reminiscent of pineapple.
