Dogma Quantum II

Cold IPA is an IPA that can be fermented with Ale yeast at lower temperatures, or Lager yeast at higher temperatures than usual for the strain. The idea is to have more neutral fermentations with hops in the foreground. Here brewery has two lines, Quantum fermented with Ales and Nextra fermented with Lagers yeast. Quantum II is made with Azacca, Meridian and Bravo giving citrus and fruity aromas reminiscent of orange, pineapple and mango!
