After 2 years without being able to celebrate anniversary, brewery felt that brewery needed to somehow toast these 6 years of Dogma. Brewery saw the opportunity when brewery learned that they would receive a new Hop Product called Spectrum, which is basically a liquid Dry Hopping, making it possible to increase the hop load without increasing the process losses and the vegetable aromas that come with the very high loads.
