The Sapiens series comes to bring West Coast IPAs made with modern hops that hit the market in synergy with classic hops. The second beer in the series is made with Idaho Gem, Sultana, Bravo and Simcoe! The result is a mixture of citrus and resinous aromas with sweet and tropical fruits reminiscent of pineapple, passion fruit and peach! All this in a dry, bitter and very easy to drink base!
