The newest launch of Cervejaria Dogma, in collaboration with Cervejaria Oceânica of Rio de Janeiro, is Tamed World, a beer of the Brett Double IPA style that was fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxelensis. The result is a beer of 8.1% alcohol content and bitterness in measure.
