Beer description
Massive amounts of hops for an intense flavour, but with a low alcohol content, to drink at any time of the day.
It consists of a simple combination of malt and oats, as well as a large amount of Mosaic and Citra hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopping for an intense citrus and tropical fruit profile.
By using most of the hops during the last few minutes of the boil and during dry-hopping, we extract the flavours and aromas without extracting too much of their bitterness.
