As (one of) the first brewery in Belgium, we got to work with @phantasm.nz
What is phantasm powder? One of the most wanted and extremely difficult to get hold of ingredients in the craft beer market. It is an extraction made from Marlborough Sauvignon grape skins. These skins are particularly rich in thiol precursors that when added correctly to beer can produce an unseen strong tropical fruit aroma.
After tracking down the market for several years, we got our hands on this phantastic powder and turned it into a tight cold IPA of 5.3%
