Beer description
Barrel fermented, mash, wet and dry hopped, raw wheat saison. The grain bill features all Australian grains with local raw wheat provided by Powlett hill and base malt, organic Voyager pilsner malt, wheat, oats and ryecorn. Fermented nearly dry in barrel and dry hopped at the end of ferment with local AC fresh wet centennial and fresh semi dried centennial, topaz and coriander. This layered hop profile contains nuanced cut grass and pine needles hints of tropical fruit citrus and pepper, young brettanomyces farmhouse funk and balanced bitterness
