Beer description
Aged 16mnths in barrel with saccharomyces and native yeasts.
Blended with wild ale and rested on whole bunch Mouvedre for
3 weeks.
Blue berries plums and dark fruits drive the aromatics while
almonds and spice traverse soft and silky across the pallet.
Elevated textural components from raw spelt and rye, and bold
phenolics and acidity fight to express themselves with neither
gaining control. An expressive fruit laden sour blended wheat
wine, hints of banana cloves round off the sensory background.
