Sour quad
The sour version of our Belgian strong dark. Voyager Voodoo and Pilsner malt, honey malt, malted oats, special W and abbey malt refermented with Belgian dark candi sugar and laid to rest in barrel. Sour and complex this ale will evolve over time developing brett characters and increased sourness.
