Beer description

New England IPA, also known by other names like Juicy IPA or Vermont IPA, is a variation of IPA that emerged in the northeastern USA. It has a yellowish, cloudy color and intense aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits such as guava, papaya, mango, melon and lychee. A differential in relation to the traditional IPA is the low bitterness and sweetness, a more velvety body resulting from the use of oats in this recipe, and very present hop flavors. Caldo de Bila is an expression from Ceará that refers to something light, just a reference to the milder bitterness of this style.
