Beer description

An IPA with a generous load of American hops. Its recipe is inspired by the authentic West Coast, bringing a strong bitterness and the complexity of Simcoe, Azacca and Mosaic hops, combining citrus, resinous, woody and floral notes. To give even more balance, a medium toast malt was added. The name MandacarIPA is a tribute to the mandacaru, a plant well known in our Ceará, although it has thorns, it blooms beautifully, cheering the heart of the countryman in the hope of rain, as the great poet Luiz Gonzaga once said: "Mandacaru when it is drought sign that the rain arrives in the hinterland ... "
