Beer description
The American Wheat Ale style, is nothing more than a wheat beer that lacks the typical Weiss clove and banana aromas of German Weiss, the yeast produces a neutral character to highlight the hop aroma and flavor. In this recipe we use an unusual combination of hops, Sorachi Ace that brings lemon notes, and Citra that refers to tropical fruits. You must be wondering what “Pifitão das Véia” means, well, our brewer paid a fair tribute to his grandfather, who loved to play dominoes, that was the name he called the peep stone, but why, we'll never know, haha! And that horn on the table? It was the container he used to store his snuff, woe to anyone who "rubbed" it.
