Beer description
This style was created in Munich in 1894 at the Spaten Brewery to compete with light Pilsner beers. It is currently the most popular style in southern Germany. This beer strictly following the traditional German recipe: golden color, profile oriented to malt flavor with a smooth and dry finish. The hops are very subtle.
