Sante Adairius Rustic Ales - Don’t Be So Gloomy

Brewed in collaboration with Lime Ventures, “Don’t Be So Gloomy” is inspired by the Belgian-style lambics we love drinking with our friends Marie and Mike at Lime. Brewed with aged hops, “Don’t Be So Gloomy” is a blend of one to two year old barrel-aged Saisons. Expect subtle notes of lime, salt, and barrel-induced vanilla.
