Big Foam is a ‘‘rustic’’ lager, with Geman pilsner malt and locally grown spelt. Finished with a large dose of Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish. Fermented cold, naturally acidified and naturally carbonated. its zippy, bitter and bready. Pour hard, bask in the Big Foam.
