Beer description
In latest batch of Seven Dollar Saturday, cacao nibs were added to the boil to bring a deeper and richer chocolate note to complement the wealth of chocolate malts in the grist. Flaked oats were also introduced to the grain bill to provide a silky-smooth mouth feel, supported by the creaminess of the lactose and the resulting robust soft, head.
All elements gently complement each other to create a well rounded, balanced milk stout in Seven Dollar Saturday.
