Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Recipe based on a traditional “Berliner Weisse” with a balance of lager & wheat malt, the brewery added their twist with additions of Japanese Yuzu juice and a small Citra Dry Hop post fermentation.
Designed to be a super refreshing and easy drinking, “pass me a pint” in the sunshine kind of sour.
The Yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, brings just enough notes of grapefruit, lime and lemon to make it really easy to want more. Overall, it’s really light, balanced & refreshing.
