Beer description
Down by Law is a mixed fermentation red sour ale aged in oak barrels for 16 months.
This craft beer has been the result of a base of sweet malts, acifidication with Lactobacillus bacteria, aging in oak barrels and a subsequent blend with Cognac barrels.
This long and complex winemaking process has provided sweet, fruity, toasted, sour and acidic notes.
