Piwne Podziemie - Dr. Hazy #1

New England IPA, 15°Blg Dr Hazy #1 - with this beer we start a new series in which we will explore different hop combinations. As part of the Hopslocrata series, we have been presenting one hop (single hop) for some time to explore its aroma and flavour potential. All single hops are fermented using the WLP066 yeast strain. At Dr. Hazy we will be using modern yeast strains, different water profiles and interesting hop combinations. Our primary inspiration in creating this series will be high drinkability, juicy hop aroma and intense fruity flavour nuances.
