Piwne Podziemie - Dr. Hazy #2

New England IPA, 15°Blg This version is very international when it comes to hops and magical additions. On the warm side, we used Polish hops Amora Preta and Książęcy on the whirlpool, combined with a heavy dose of Phantasm. Phantasm is made from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. We have used Phantasm before with the intention of replicating the flavour of Sauvignon Blanc white wines from New Zealand in an IPA. In Dr Hazy #2 we brewed a racy cloudy IPA with great intensity in flavour and aroma. We cold-charged the doc with Amora Preta hops and American HBC 586, Idaho #7 and Mosaic.
