Dragoon 20-Pounder

This not-so-classic American Pale Ale is named for the 20 pounds of hops (Columbus, Cascade, and Falconer's Flight) added to the kettle. The malt bill consists simply of Gambrinus Pale malt, Pale Crystal malt, and a little bit of rye malt for a bit of spice. It is very easy on the primary mouth muscle, and should probably be consumed con mucho gusto.
