Batch 100 Black IPA is a west-coast IPA, bright with citrusy and resinous hop aroma. It is also as black as a badger's armpit, heavy with roasted and chocolate malt flavor. It is bitter and bracing, with a bit of creaminess. And it is good. Try Batch 100 with spicy mole enchiladas, a bit of pulled pork sandwich or maybe some oatmeal raisin cookies.
