Flashdance is a recipe that's been in the works since Wes celebrated his 1st year in the brewhouse. It is a bright, hoppy lager, made with a blend of Euro and North American malts, and tons of hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Try it with grilled chicken tacos con mango habanero salsa, and bright queso fresco.
