Dragoon Loonie

Loonie is take on a traditional Abbey-style single (a.k.a. Enkel or Patersbier). It is a beautiful, deep golden color, with aromas of bready malt, clove, and honey. The flavor is light, but full of toasty bread and yeast-derived spice, with just a touch of herbal hoppiness in the finish. It's named after the Canadian dollar coin, to honor Shawn's Canadian heritage.
