Dragoon No School

No School IIPA is a classic take on the American Double IPA, but is brewed with newer hop varieties and some outside the box brewing techniques. This beer is heavy on bitterness and hop aroma, but features body and mouth feel to balance and support those flavors. Try it with (blue) cheese and crackers or vanilla ice cream.
