Beer description
Tea-Loc is a Black Tea Saison, brewed in collaboration with our fellow Tucson brewers at Ten Fifty Five. The majority of the grist is made up of a blend of French Pilsner and Pale malt, with a smidge of flaked barley, honey malt, and Vienna malt for good measure. US Goldings hops provide a balancing bitterness; while locally harvested Meyer lemon and South Indian Black Tea (from Maya Tea Co) lend a brightness and body. It is fermented with a classic French Saison yeast.
