Dragoon Toonie

Meet Toonie, this is version of an Abbey-style Dubbel. A picture of simplicity, this beer is made from just a few ingredients, but packs big complexity. It is full of bread crust and toffee flavor, with a low earthy and spicy hop character that is complemented by a bright spiciness from the Belgian Abbey yeast. It is (of course) named after the Canadian two-dollar coin. 'Cause why not.
