Tangerine peel, cinnamon, and ginger spices are the focus of this old world style beer (Gruit). The Belgian Ale yeast provides flavors reminiscent to cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dry hopping with chrysanthemum flower provides an earthy herbal aroma.
