Beer description
Beer/wine Hybrid using the saison recipie and adding Muscat Canelli grape juice. The saison yeast provides a spice and pepper character to the palate, balanced with English East Kent Golding and Czech Saaz hops. The beer ia very dry and highly effervescent with a light hop character to bring the whole flavor in balance.
