Dreaming in Slow Motion is a rich and decadent imperial stout with our signature approach to balance. To reach our desired compliment to the wonderful vanilla selected, we are blending aged barrel stock with fresh imperial stout. The resulting profile is warming wood and booze from barrels, roast and toast from the young stout, and a supple roundness supplied by the vanilla.
