Driftless Brewing Kick Axe

A tribute to the Kickapoo and Bad Axe Rivers of the Driftless Region. This is a powerful pale ale. Smacks of hops and aroma. Hopped again on the way to the fermenter with a Hop Rocket. Yet again, dry hopped in the fermenter with locally grown, organic Cascade hops! Pale, creamy, with a beautiful white foam, nicely balancing the hop experience with a firm malt backbone. Hop Head pleaser!
