Drop Project - Shifty Shifty

This interpretation of Shifty is the most malty and hoppy beer in today's selection. The nose reveals impressions of cassis berries, red fruits, melons and malt. Delicious, juicy and with a similar flavour to the nose, it continues on the palate. A dry and resinous finish rounds off the whole thing.
