Honey, lemongrass, and black pepper Saison collab with Emeka Ogboh & Tate Eats We’ve teamed up with artist Emeka Ogboh to create an exciting and unique fusion beer Untitled 1. Drawing on research conducted by Ogboh and his exploration of the senses and their connection to place, cane sugar and honey were added to the mix to represent Tate’s mercantile connections and the natural, urban environment and modern eco system that defines the Tate to this day. The result is a beautifully nuanced & subtle Saison, the flavour of fresh cracked black pepper is combined with the herbaceous floral and citrus notes of the Czech hop Saaz.
