Dry County Barrel Aged Blase Blase

First released in April 2018, Blasé Blasé is a Rosé inspired beer half-soured & blended with Merlot must. Brewmaster let it ferment in a mix of French Oak Wine barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauternes. After months of aging, the end result is a perfect balance of beer, wine, and oak with big notes of jammy red wine. Weighing in at 8.5%, subtle spiciness from the french oak and a slightly tart fruity finish adds more character, but doesn’t lose its identity as a Rosé inspired beer.
